
About Me
For more than 10 years, I’ve had the joy of guiding students through their unique yoga journey.
I trained in 2011 with Svastha Yoga in Singapore, a teaching rooted in the traditional lineage of yoga.
My classes are gentle yet dynamic, traditional yet inspired by many styles I love to practice myself, from the flowing strength of Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Hot Yoga, to the slower grounding of Yin, mindful breath work, and meditation.
Every session is created for you, to meet you where you are in your practice and in your life.
Barre
Ever curious about new ways to move and support strength and mobility, I decided to train with Barre Eclipse and became a certified Barre instructor in 2024.
Barre is a dynamic workout that combines small, precise movements, such as tiny lifts and pulses with light weights and the rhythm of music. This method effectively targets specific muscle groups, building strength, improving posture, and enhancing overall wellbeing.
It’s a wonderful complement to any fitness or self-care routine, supporting both body and mind.
Classes are accessible and adaptable, no barre required. With just a mat, a chair, and simple weights, you can enjoy the benefits of Barre either at home or in our studio.

A space to reconnect with yourself, with full attention and guidance tailored only to you.
Sessions last 60 – 75 minutes, at my home in Redhill, in your space (within 8 miles), or online via Zoom.
Small Group Yoga | Barre (2 – 6 people)
Practice with friends or loved ones in an intimate, supportive setting.
Each class is shaped for the group’s needs while keeping the experience personal.

Kids Yoga
Children naturally love to move, explore, and imagine.
Yoga offers them a space to do all of this while also learning focus, balance, and relaxation.
In my kids’ yoga classes, we combine simple postures, games, breathwork, and short moments of stillness to help children:
